Double Dawg

All smiles from my easy chair,

Double dawg by dogs that dare

And strings from my heart.

As my soul inclines on the wicker straw,

Four letter words from chirping sparrows.

Beneath the image from my pane,

Drawing a hand of a Yarborough,

And there upon a lead of glass,

Your eyes observe.

Double dawg by dogs that dare,

As you wander about my mind's tomorrow,

A sachet of love for a four letter word.
