I saw a news article the other day that said researchers are trying to eliminate disease-carrying mosquitos by altering their genes to make malaria-free ones. This could, in turn, get rid of the ones carrying the Zika virus. Do you think that this could end up having a negative impact on other habitats when they are finally released?
