My husband has had both of his knees replaced, but he still has a lot of pain in his legs from time to time. We normally have sex in a few different positions that do not put pressure on his knees. While the sex is awesome, I would love to surprise him with another position we can do that he will enjoy and that will also not cause him to have knee pain. Even though I am very satisfied, he always worries that I am not because there are certain positions we just do not even try. Does anyone have any ideas on sex positions for those with knee problems?
