I guess the answer to this question depends on a lot of different factors, such as age, work schedule, relationship status and even how healthy the person is. Many might simply say they need sex as often as they can get it! Personally, I am cool with my husband and I making love at least a couple times a week. But, we are in our 40s and both have chronic pain and sometimes all we feel like doing is cuddling and going to sleep together. So. as long as we can still have sex a couple times a week, I feel we are both satisfied. In reality, how frequently do you need sex?
