We are a big dog family and we love our dogs just like they are our babies. I have three currently and they all were technically rescues. I got my male Norfolk Terrier off a woman who had taken him in as a stray and didn't want him anymore. She would've taken him to the pound had I not taken him in. Our next boy is a Chihuahua/Pug mix and we adopted him from a shelter. Finally, we have a sweet little Dameranian (half Dachsund/half Pomeranian) girl that I got from a very poor family who were completely overwhelmed with dogs. She was crawling with fleas and underweight when I got her and now she is flea free and thriving wonderfully. Do any of you have pets that you love just like family?
