One of my favorite things to make for the Fourth of July is an American flag cheesecake. It is really simple to make and all it takes is a cheesecake mix, blueberries for the stars and canned cherry pie filling to make the red stripes on the flag. I usually also put whipped topping on for the white stripes as well. Do any of you have favorite desserts you make for the Fourth of July?
