My daughter is 15. She has her first real boyfriend now. This is all new to her and new to me because they just got together a week or so ago. They have not went out on a real date yet, but I am sure it won't be long, especially since he is a year older than her. However, he doesn't drive yet and car dating is simply out of the question for her right now. I am just so nervous and totally freaking out about my little girl starting this stage of her life. My son is 22 and he was a breeze and never gave me a minutes trouble as a teenager. But, this is my little girl. It's a lot different. I feel like I want to keep her in the house where she will be safe until she is 35. Have any of you went through the teenage daughter dating phase? If so, how did you handle it without being a completely paranoid, over protective parent?
